Jennifer Gibbons, RN, Administrator

Jennifer Gibbons is an accomplished healthcare professional and the owner of multiple healthcare businesses in the Lincoln, Omaha, and surrounding NE communities. Born and raised in the Omaha, NE/Council Bluffs, IA area, Jennifer pursued her passion for nursing at The University of Nebraska, where she completed her pre-requisites for the RN/BSN program. She continued her education at Clarkson College and graduated with her RN/BSN in December 1999.

After completing her degree, Jennifer made Lincoln her home and began her career as a charge nurse in the Progressive Care Units at St. Elizabeth Hospital and Bryan West Hospital, as well as in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Bryan West Hospital. In 2001, she expanded her horizons by founding a medical staffing company, which provided RNs for 13-week assignments to local hospitals to meet staffing needs.

In 2003, Jennifer turned her attention to home healthcare, inspired by her earlier experience working in home health in 2000-2001. Motivated by a deep commitment to helping individuals remain in their homes despite health challenges, Jennifer worked to establish a local home care company. In May 2004, her vision came to fruition when the company passed licensure through the State of Nebraska DHHS as a licensed home care agency.

Continuing to innovate in healthcare, Jennifer and her business partners expanded into the Mobile Primary Care sector in 2021. Recognizing the growing need for mobile provider services to support homebound and chronically ill patients, Community Healthcare Partners was founded to bridge the gap in comprehensive care management. Jennifer is proud to offer high-quality, affordable healthcare to individuals in their home environments, ensuring that they receive the best possible care, no matter their circumstances.

Jennifer’s passion for helping others extends beyond her business ventures. She is deeply committed to making healthcare accessible to all and is an active advocate with the Nebraska Home Care Association. Additionally, she works tirelessly to ensure that community members have access to high-quality medical care through political advocacy.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is a dedicated wife and mother to three beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping with family and friends, and traveling.
